| Coverage |
| Staci will be covering all home games for U17G, U17G Red and U19G. All forms from all athletes need to be given to her prior to game coverage or injury assessments. |
| Injury Assessments |
| For injury assessment can call the Aurora BayCare Ortho/Sports Medicine Center at (920) 288-5400 to set up an appointment to see Staci or one of the other athletic trainers. All forms need to be given to athletic trainer prior to the scheduled appointment. |
